Construction began in February 2020 and finished in June 2022. The building is configured as a ground floor, two podium/parking levels and eight residential floors, and comprises 96 apartments in total across studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts.
Aras Residence should not be confused with Aras Heights, a separate development also built by Aras Group in the same Majan area. The two are different buildings by the same developer, not the same project under two names.
