Real Dubai Land Department sale transactions recorded on Propsearch.ae show one-bedroom apartments at Confident Lancaster selling for AED 770,000 to AED 1,021,000 for units around 769 to 770 sq ft, with sales recorded through August 2025. Two-bedroom apartments have sold for AED 1,391,000 to AED 1,560,000 for units around 1,314 to 1,346 sq ft, with a further sale of AED 1,400,000 for a larger 1,482 sq ft unit recorded in October 2025. Current broker asking prices quote one-bedroom units starting from around AED 878,000 and two-bedroom units starting from around AED 1,327,000, consistent with the top of the recorded sale range.
Propsearch.ae's transaction ledger also records a mortgage registration (not a sale) on an 824 sq ft one-bedroom unit at AED 800,000 in March 2026. This is a real DLD record and broadly consistent with the sale range above, but is excluded from the headline sale figures here since a mortgage registration is not an arm's-length sale transaction.
