About Alandalus Tower D

Alandalus Tower D is a freehold residential building in the Alandalus district of Jumeirah Golf Estates, developed by the community’s master developer, Jumeirah Golf Estates. The building holds one, two and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from around 768 sq ft for a one-bedroom unit up to roughly 1,807 sq ft for a three-bedroom unit.

Construction on Tower D began in May 2017 and the building was completed in April 2020. Residential units across the wider Alandalus development are designed with large covered terraces as part of the community’s Andalusian-style architecture, built around five lakes and golf course frontage.

Alandalus Tower D is one of several separately lettered towers in the same Alandalus complex, alongside Towers A, B, C, E, F, G and H, plus a set of townhouses. The towers share the same district and developer but are distinct buildings with their own construction histories and addresses; this guide covers Tower D only.

Alandalus Tower D sits in the Alandalus district of Jumeirah Golf Estates, part of Dubailand, within the Me’Aisem First zone. The building is close to the Els Golf Club (about 1.0 km) and the Jumeirah Golf Estates Golf Course (about 1.2 km), with Victory Heights Community Park roughly 0.3 km away.

Transportation & Access

From Alandalus Tower D it takes roughly 20 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 15 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 17 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 18 minutes to The Walk at JBR. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 25 minutes away by car, and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) is roughly 28 minutes away.

Jumeirah Golf Estates has its own dedicated Dubai Metro station on the Red Line’s Route 2020 extension; most residents otherwise rely on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road for onward travel across Dubai.
