About Rukan Tower

Rukan Tower is a freehold residential development in the Rukan community, Wadi Al Safa 7, Dubailand, developed by Reportage Properties. The building comprises three connected towers, Tower A, Tower B and Tower C, rising basement plus ground plus eight residential floors plus roof (9 storeys) to a height of around 38 metres, with 608 apartments in total (Tower A: 150 units, Tower B: 338 units, Tower C: 120 units). Construction began in July 2022, and the development is now complete, with handover in the 2024 window.

Rukan Tower sits at the entrance to the wider Rukan community, a garden-style neighbourhood in Dubailand built around extensive green space, cycling tracks and the Rukan Shopping Mall next door to the tower. Reportage Properties also develops a separate project, Rukan Lofts, within the same community. Rukan Tower and Rukan Lofts are two distinct Reportage Properties developments, not the same building, so buyers and owners researching either project by name should confirm which one they mean.

The building's original estimated completion date of Q4 2022 was a design-stage projection; construction progress records and current portal listings place actual handover in the 2024 window instead.
