About Haven Living
Haven Living was developed by Metac Properties, founded and led by Rizwan Sadiq, who also serves as partner and managing director of the group's construction arm, Metac General Contracting Company LLC (WLL). Metac General Contracting describes nearly half a century of regional construction experience, and it was the firm that carried out the main building work on Haven Living. Construction began in September 2023, and the building was completed by March 2026.
Khaleej Times reported on 11 March 2026 that Haven Living had been officially recognised as the first residential building on Dubai Islands to be completed with a building completion certificate, a milestone Metac's founder tied to the pace and discipline of the project's execution.
