Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Income Potential

Business Bay is an established, actively-booked short-term rental submarket in Dubai, and Mayfair Residency already has a live track record of it: independently-listed short-term units for the building appear on Airbnb and Tripadvisor. As a wholly residential building with no on-site hotel operator, there is no brand-level restriction on short-term letting here, and the standard DTCM holiday-home permit process applies.

Royale Stays' Airbnb management services cover furnishing, photography, dynamic pricing, guest communications, check-in and maintenance coordination, all handled from a management fee starting at 15%.
