Bloom Towers C is one of three residential towers, Bloom Towers A, B and C, that together make up the Bloom Towers complex on the edge of Jumeirah Village Circle’s District 10, developed by Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Properties (Bloom Holding).
Construction across the complex began in October 2017 and the development was completed by August 2020. Building C itself rises 44 storeys, considerably taller than its sister Building B, which stands at 29 floors despite sharing the same studio and one-bedroom-only unit profile. Tower A, the complex’s larger "elite" building at 43 floors, differs further still: it carries one, two and three-bedroom apartments up to roughly 1,600 sq ft, a wider unit mix than either B or C offers.
Royale Stays has already covered Bloom Towers B in a separate guide. Building C shares that tower’s studio and one-bedroom-only profile but is a materially taller building, so treat the two as related but distinct when comparing floor plans or views. No other development anywhere carries the "Bloom Towers" name under a different developer, so a same-name mix-up is not a real risk here. Bloom Holding’s separate JVC project, Bloom Heights, is worth a mention only so it is not confused with this complex; it is a different building entirely.
Bloom Towers C sits within Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), a large master-planned residential district built around a series of interconnected circular roads. JVC has grown into one of Dubai’s most active mid-market rental and short-term-let neighborhoods, with a mix of low and mid-rise apartment buildings and a scattering of taller towers, Bloom Towers among them, sited on the district’s outer ring.
Royale Stays maintains a dedicated guide to Airbnb property management across JVC covering location, connectivity and the wider rental market context for the district. Other JVC buildings Royale Stays has covered separately include Bloom Towers B, in the same complex as this tower, Binghatti Heights, and DAMAC Ghalia.
Bloom Towers C is built out as a studio and one-bedroom apartment tower, the same profile as Bloom Towers B. Confirmed unit sizes run from roughly 370 to 410 sq ft for studios and 678 to 756 sq ft for one-bedroom layouts. Tower A is the complex’s outlier, carrying the only two and three-bedroom apartments in the development; anyone specifically wanting a larger unit inside Bloom Towers should look there rather than at B or C. The precise unit count split between Towers B and C individually was not confirmed to a two-source standard, so this guide does not print a Tower-C-only unit count; the complex-wide total of 944 units, with roughly 255 in Tower A, is well established.
Multiple sources describe a shared set of complex-wide amenities available to residents across all three Bloom Towers buildings: a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, sauna and steam rooms, a co-working space, a private dining area, a private theatre, a running track, an event amphitheatre, 24-hour security and CCTV, and dedicated parking. These are masterplan-level amenities rather than facilities independently confirmed as exclusive to Building C, so treat them as shared infrastructure across the complex rather than a Tower-C-specific offering.
As with the rest of JVC, Bloom Towers C relies on road access rather than a metro station on the doorstep. The nearest operating stations are Mall of the Emirates Metro and the Dubai Internet City area stations, both a drive rather than a walk away, and residents typically rely on cars, taxis or ride-hailing to reach the wider network. Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road both provide quick access out of the district.
Royale Stays has not independently confirmed rents or service charges specific to Bloom Towers C in this pass, so this section states that gap honestly rather than estimating a figure the research does not support. Studio and one-bedroom units in the JVC market generally see steady rental and resale activity across Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle, which is the kind of liquidity that matters when weighing a short-term rental conversion.
Owners weighing a Bloom Towers C apartment against a standard long-term Ejari tenancy can model both scenarios with Royale Stays’ ROI calculator.
Bloom Towers C is a standard freehold residential building with no hotel component, so a unit owner works through the usual DTCM holiday home permit process. See Royale Stays’ holiday home permit guide for the application steps.
Royale Stays does not yet have Bloom Towers C-specific booking data, but independent evidence that short-term rental demand exists in the building is already public: an operator called Golden Casa runs an active Booking.com listing, "Bloom Tower C – JVC by Golden Casa", inside this exact tower.
JVC is one of the areas Royale Stays manages Dubai Airbnb properties in. Full-service management for a Dubai apartment covers furnishing, photography, pricing, guest communications and maintenance coordination, from a 15% management fee. For a wider comparison of how full-service management stacks up across Dubai operators, see Royale Stays’ guide to choosing an Airbnb manager in Dubai. Royale Stays does not yet have Bloom Towers C-specific portfolio data to draw on for this guide; this section reflects the currently available public market context only, reviewed by Chris Veinbaums, DTCM licensed operator.
