While we love pets, we cannot accommodate them in the studio.

★ **NO SMOKING INSIDE** ★
To maintain comfort for all guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Any signs of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and extra cleaning.

★ **NO PARTIES/EVENTS** ★
Please respect our home and help keep it in excellent condition for future guests and your return visits.

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date to comply with local regulations and for registration with building security.

Check-ins after 9:00 PM will incur a late check-in fee of AED 150. Please make arrangements to arrive earlier when possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm, after 1 pm guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property and a fee of 1,000 AED will be charged.
